Order Process

Ready for your messy adventure? Here's how it works at Anna’s Adventure Overalls:

1. Submit Your Order: Fill out our simple order form (see below) with your choices (sizes, prints, bundles, and any custom requests). We will calculate the total, including any shipping, and send you an invoice via email (or text message if preferred).

2. Receive Your Invoice: Once we review your order, you'll get an invoice with payment details. If we can't fulfill it within our standard 2-3 week timeframe (due to high demand or custom elements), we will contact you right away with an updated estimate—before sending the invoice.

3. Make Payment: Pay securely via Direct Deposit (bank details included on the invoice). We don't process payments upfront to keep things flexible!

4. We Get Crafting: After payment clears, your handmade overalls and/or bucket hats will be lovingly created in Brisbane. Expect them ready for shipment or collection in 2-3 weeks.

Shipping or Collection:

Shipping: $11.50 flat rate Australia-wide from Brisbane, QLD.

Free Collection: Pick up from Mount Gravatt East—full address provided on your invoice.
