Order Process

Ready for your messy adventure? Here is how it works at Anna’s Adventure Overalls:

1. Submit Your Order: Fill out our simple order form (see below purple button) with your choices (sizes, prints, bundles, and any custom requests). I will calculate the total, including any shipping, and send you an invoice via email (or text message if preferred).

2. Receive Your Invoice: Once I review your order, you will get an invoice with payment details. If I can't fulfill your order within the standard 2-3 week timeframe (due to high demand or custom elements), I will contact you right away with an updated estimate before sending the invoice.

3. Make Payment: Pay securely via Direct Deposit (bank details included on the invoice). I don't process payments upfront to keep things flexible!

4. We Get Crafting: After payment clears, your handmade overalls and/or bucket hats will be lovingly created by me (Anna) in Brisbane. Expect them ready for shipment or collection within 2-3 weeks.

Shipping or Collection:

Shipping: $15.60 flat rate Australia-wide from Brisbane, QLD.

Free Collection: Pick up from Mount Gravatt East, QLD. Full address provided on your invoice.
